Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, we deliver to most postcodes multiple times a week, so we can help you choose a delivery day that works best for you. Our average lead time is 3–7 working days, but if you need to delay your delivery, that’s no problem, just let us know your preferred date. For delays longer than 6 months, please give us a call, and we’ll be happy to make special arrangements.

Will I get an exact delivery date and time?

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmed delivery date and a 3-hour time slot (typically between 7am and 7pm) via text or email, around 24 to 48 hours before delivery.If you have a preferred delivery date or time, let us know, we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver most orders within 3–10 working days, depending on your location and the type of product. Deliveries to remote areas, like the Scottish Highlands or offshore addresses including Northern Ireland, may take a little longer. See full delivery information

Can you set up my new bed and take away the old one?

Yes, we offer optional assembly and recycling services to make your delivery even easier. Our team can set up your new bed and remove your old one conveniently for responsible disposal. You can add these additional services here.

We’re happy to discuss the best options and help find solutions that fit your budget, however we don’t price match because our beds meet the strict National Bed Federation standards for quality and safety. Cheaper alternatives often cut corners and don’t comply with these regulations. We offer the best value for a durable, safe, and comfortable products, focused on long-term value and satisfaction rather than short-term savings that customers regret.

Do you provide fabric samples?

Yes, we offer free fabric samples so you can see and feel the material before placing your order. Simplyclick hereto request your samples or get in touch with our team to let us know which colours or styles you’re interested in, we’ll post them straight to your door.
