- Some premium model bed and mattresses include an extended 5 year & 10-year warranty, offering long-term assurance of durability and quality.

- Workmanship and material issues under normal domestic use.
What’s Not Covered?
- General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Minor cosmetic blemishes not affecting the product's functionality.

- Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- In some cases, we may request photos or videos for a faster resolution.
For warranty claims, our policy entitles you to a repair or replacement only, with the method chosen at our discretion. In accordance with our terms and conditions, we will carry out the option we deem most appropriate.
